"The Tech was on time, courteous, and efficient. He finished in less than one hour. My pellet stove auger was impacted with sawdust and would not turn. He removed the cover and cleaned out all the sawdust, reassembled the auger and was on his way. It now works fine. I will be very selective about the brand of pellet I use from now on. He instructed me to look for pellets with low amounts of loose wood fibre (sawdust) and a pellet of a shorter length that will feed easier than a long pellet."
